1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
two eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, space optional
1/2 cup raisins, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients. In a small bowl whisk the eggs, pumpkin, oil, and water. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in nuts and raisins if desired.

Pour mixture into a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 65 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
