1 CUP COCOA
2 CUPS SUGAR
1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
4 EGGS
2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

2 CUPS A/P FLOUR
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1/2 TSP SALT

1/2 CUP CONFECTIONERS SUGAR for rolling the cookies in...
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside
Mix together the cocoa and sugar. Beat in the vegetable oil and the eggs.
Stir in the Vanilla. Stir the sifted dry ingredients into the cocoa mixture.

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Roll into 1" balls (size of a walnut) and then roll in the sifted confectioners sugar. Place on parchment paper and bake at 350º for approx. 10-12 minutes
