1/4 cup sausage
2 1/2 heaping Tbsp flour
3 cups whole milk
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in pan. When cooked, add flour and mix with sausage grease. Cook for 2 minutes until dissolved and cooked. Add milk to paste and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until gravy is correct consistency. Correct seasoning as needed. If gravy is too thick, add more milk. If gravy is too thin, add more flour.
