Pint and 1/2 of water
1 package yeast
1 tsp Crisco
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp salt
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Stir water, yeast, Crisco, sugar, and salt together. Start sifting flour in slowly until correct consistency. Put on bread board coated with flour. Work in flour, kneading until firm. Grease a glass bowl with Crisco and set dough inside to rise. Cover with towel.

When bread has risen over the top of the bowl, punch down and knead 2-3 times. Let rise again.

When it has risen a second time, punch down and prepare as you like.

Rolls
Pinch off pieces and work into balls. Put into greased pan and allow to rise. Bake until browned, 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Loaf of Bread
Pinch off large sections for loafs. Work/Knead into shape and add to loaf pan. Allow to rise. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
