2 tbsps flour
3 tbsps chicken drippings
1cup chicken stock or broth
1/2 cup light cream
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour into chicken drippings in skillet
Stir in chicken stock or broth and cream.
Bring to boil and simmer five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with chicken and biscuits.
