1 Lb. Lean ground beef
1medium onion, chopped
1 can cream style corn
3 cups mashed potatoes
3 tbsps. Butter, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Brown meat and onion. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Top with corn and potatoes.
Sprinkle with butter. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
