2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
3 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup shortening
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup butter
3cups corn flakes, crushed to make 2cups
1/3 cup chopped raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into mixing bowl.
Cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add milk; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn onto lightly floured board, knead lightly 10 to 20 stokes.
Roll into a 12- inch square.
Beat honey and butter until smooth; stir in corn flakes and raisins.
Spread evenly over surface of dough; roll up as for jelly roll.
Cut into 3 inch slices and place in greased 9 inch square pan, round cake pan, or muffin tin.
Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) until done, about 25 minutes
