3 garlic cloves, minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
3 or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 cups chicken broth, plus additional if needed
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese, plus extra for garnish
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 ounces alphabet noodles

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on high 3 1/2 hours or on low 7 hours. Shred chicken.
