1 box yellow cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can cream of coconut
1 lg can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg container Cool-whip
Shredded Coconut to top
Optional chopped Pecans to top

Directions:
Directions:
- Make cake mix according to box instructions in a 9x13 pan.
- Use end of a wooden spoon to poke holes in the cake at approximately 1.5 - 2 inch intervals.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake so that it runs down into the holes.
- Stir the cream of coconut and pour over the cake so that it runs into the holes.
- Allow cake to cool. Spread drained pineapple over the top of the cake.
- After cake is totally cool, frost with Cool-Whip, sprinkle with coconut (and pecans, if desired).
