1 1/2 lbs. chicken, shredded
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1-2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp. butter
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. ground Cumin
2 c. half and half
2 c. Monterrey Jack Cheese
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
8 oz chopped green chilies, undrained
1 tomato
Mexican Hot Pepper Sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion, chicken and garlic in butter.
Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water.
Add to pan along with cumin.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cream, cheese, corn, chilies and hot pepper sauce.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Garnish with tomatoes, avocado and tortilla chips.
