Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can refried beans
1 can of enchilada sauce (enough to thin the refried beans so that they are easy to spread but not runny)
Sour cream
Guacamole (sometimes homemade-depends on how much time I have and if the avocadoes look good)
Shredded cheddar cheese
Romano tomatoes, chopped
Green onions, chopped
1 can sliced black olives
Jar of sliced banana peppers or jalapenos
Fresh jalapenos seeded and diced

Directions:
Directions:
Warm the beans and enchilada sauce in a sauce pan, mixing well.
Spread in the bottom of a 9x13 glass pan
Then spread a layer of sour cream, followed by guacamole, then sprinkle with cheese, tomatoes, green onions, black olives, and peppers.
Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.

*Obviously there is no reason why you can't adjust amounts and toppings to your liking.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The first time I had this dip was at my Uncle Don and Aunt Sue's lake house in Oklahoma. Some of the neighbors brought it over. We ate almost the whole dish of it trying to figure out what was in it. This is my recreation of that dip.
