Cornbread (2 cup prepared batch)
Pepperidge Farms seasoned bread crumbs
1 large onion chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
1 stick Margarine
Giblets (turkey or chicken)
Broth from Turkey or Chicken
4 eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste
Poultry Seasoning
3/4 c chopped green onion, tops and all
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and celery in margarine. Add all ingredients except broth in large baking pan. Add cooled broth until it makes a sloppy mixture. Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste.
Bake 45 minutes at 350º.
