1 cup unsalted butter, room temp.
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
4 large eggs, room temp.
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
3 cups (level) flour
1 cup buttermilk
zest & juice from 3 lemons
1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 Tbsp. flour

Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp
5 cups confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 3 round 8" or 9" pans. In mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars for 3 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat 2 more minutes. Add in flour. Beat on low for 30 seconds only. Add Milk, lemon juice and zests. Hand mix until coated. Fold in blueberries. Batter should be very thick. Evenly pour into the prepared pans. Bake 20-25 minutes or until done. Cool completely. Prepare frosting: Beat together cream cheese and butter. Cream together with sugar. Add in vanilla. Slowly add in sugar. Beat for 4 minutes. Frost while constructing layered cake. Store in fridge.
