Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground breakfast sausage
2 c. Bisquick
3 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients with hands until well blended. Will form a large ball when mixed well enough. Roll mixture into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Just make sure they are all the same size so they are done at the same time.

Bake on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper for easy clean up at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes. They should begin to brown.

Place on paper towels to soak up some of the grease. Serve warm.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
A staple at Super Bowl and New Year's Eve parties. The first time I ever made these myself, it was when my to-be in-laws came up for Christmas. I put all the ingredients in a bowl, stirred them, and scooped them into small mounds onto a pan. When I took them out of the oven, they looked nothing like balls and were completely inedible. This combined with my turkey I cooked with the package of giblets still in the neck cavity, was very humbling.
