2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 can Whole Cranberries Sauce
1/2 pt. Cream Whipped
1/4 c. Powder Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 c. Chopped Hickory Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Add 2 tbsp. lemon juice to 1 can whole cranberries sauce. Pour into ice-cake tray. Combine 1/2 pt. cream whipped with 1/2 cup powder sugar. 1 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 cup chopped hickory nuts. Spoon whipped cream mix over cranberry layer and fridge. Then ready to serve slice and place each piece on crisp lettuce. 8 Servings.
