1 1/2 cups regular rolled oats
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 cup almond meal
1/4 cup flax seed
1/2 cup mixed nuts, finely chopped
1 cup dried fruit(I used dates and dried cherries)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3 ripe bananas
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 or 2 tsp vanilla extract
Opitonal: 2 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tbsp acai powder, 2 tbsp pomegranate powder

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º. Line 8"X8" or 9"X9" pan with parchment paper or grease and flour.
In large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond meal, mixed nuts and coconut flakes. Stir in allspice and cinnamon, flax seed. Add dried fruit and chocolate chips and optional ingredients if desired and stir until well mixed.
In another bowl combine coconut oil, mashed bananas and vanilla extract. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and still until well combined.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until edges are brown.

This is a favourite of guests to my place. Although they are fattening, they still have lots of good stuff in them.
