3 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
14.5 oz Can Beef Broth
1/2 Tsp Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Williams Chili Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy bottom saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until throughly combined. Cook, continually whisking for 2 minutes.
Slowly add beef broth and continue to whisk until it is mixed well. Add brown sugar and chili seasoning. Continue to whisk until sauce bubbles and thickens. Take off heat immediately.

Cheese Dip:
White American Cheese or Monterrey Jack--Grated
Add one part enchilada sauce to one equal part cheese and whisk together until melted and smooth.
You can add more chili seasoning to spice it up more if desired.
