1 Box of your favorite cake mix.
2 Eggs
1/3 C Oil

Pre Heat oven to 350 º. Blend all ingredients together. This will have the consistency of "Playdough". At this point you can add rainbow Jimmies, or any other decorative baking sugars.
Using a teaspoon scoop on to cookie sheet 2" apart..
Bake 8-10 minutes until edges turn lightly brown.
When cool, And I mean completely. frost with your favorite cake frosting

Tried these for the first time this week, I highly recommend baking double batches, because they are soooo good that they disappear before they are cool!
This recipe is also great for freezing. After cookies are cool place in freezer bag and freeze. When you are ready to serve, thaw completely then frost. They will taste freshly baked.
