1 gal. vegetable stock
1 c. sea salt
1 T. crushed dried rosemary
1 T. dried sage
1 T. dried thyme
1 T. dried savory
1 gal. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except ice water) in a large stockpot. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently until salt is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Pour into a clean 5-gallon bucket and stir in ice water. Place turkey breast side down in brine. Place bucket in fridge overnight. Remove turkey, pat dry, discard brine.
