Biscuits:
5 c cold water
1 box gold medal buttermilk biscuit mix
2 1/4 c chopped ham
3 c grated cheddar cheese

Mustard buttrer:
1 c unsalted butter
3 tbsp dijon mustard
3 tbsp dried minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine biscuit ingredients; do not over mix.

Bake on greased or parchment lined sheet pan at 350 degrees for approx 10-12 min.

This make a HUGE amount and can be scaled back!

Mustard butter:

Melt butter and ingredients. Brush on biscuits immediately out of the oven.
