1/2 c chili sauce
1/2 c oil
1/2 c yellow onion, grated
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp garlic, minced

combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.

This is the ultimate southern condiment. Think bloomin' onion sauce. Perfect with all fried foods. Awesome on burgers. Great with shrimp or other seafood.
