for a 2 crust pie (top and bottom)

12 T butter
2 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. baking powder
4 1/2 ounces cream cheese, cold
2 T ice water
1 T cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Works best in a food processor.
Cut up butter and cream cheese. Mix dry ingredients together. Cut butter and cream cheese into flour mixture. Add water and vinegar. Pulse 8 times or so (it may still be a little crumbly when you pull it out of the food processor). Gently frisee it together.
Wrap tightly and put in fridge for an hour before rolling (or upt o 3 days in fridge, up to 3 months in freezer).
I like to roll it out on my floured silpat.
