6 slices bread, cubed.
1 lb sausage, browned, drained
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325ºF. Cube bread and place evenly in a 9x13 pan or baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with sausage and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over ingredients in pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Cut into and serve.

Once you have poured the ingredients in the pan, you may cover and refrigerate over night. If you leave it over night, remove from the fridge 15 minutes before baking.
