3 cups pecan halves
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 275º. Spread pecans on ungreased 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

In medium sauce pan, combine sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, salt and cloves. Bring to boil, boil two minutes, stir occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in nuts. Using slotted spoon remove nuts to foil or wax paper. Separate with fork, let dry. Store in airtight container.
