2 cans Consomme Soup / Beef Broth
1 can Water
2 crushed Garlic Cloves
3 - 4 shredded Beets
2 - 3 cubed Potatoes
3 - 4 chopped Carrots
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 chopped Onion
Salt & Pepper

Dill
Pork & Beans
Can Crushed Tomatoes
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beets in boiling water until skin will slip off.
Allow to cool and shred.

Combine soup, water, garlic, potatoes, carrots, lemon juice, onion and salt & pepper - cook until tender.

Add shredded beets and simmer.

Add dill, pork & beans and crushed tomatoes.

Add sour cream to individual bowls when serving.

Freezes well.
