6 oz Cream Cheese - softened
1/3 cup Sugar
1 Egg
6 oz Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Cake:
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Water
1/3 cup Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Vanilla

1/2 cup almonds+ 2 tbsp Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, egg and chocolate chips & set aside.

In a large bowl combine flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Add water, oil, vanilla and vinegar.
Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
Fill paper-lined muffin tins 1/2 full.
Top with 1 tbsp of cream cheese mixture.
Combine almonds and sugar and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350º F for 20 - 30 minutes.

In a hurry? Use a cake mix and in place of making the cake. Put in paper lined muffin tins and add the cream cheese mix and top with almonds and sugar.
