2 cups Flour
1 cup Butter (not margarine!)
6 tbsp Whipping Cream

Filling:
1 cup Icing Sugar
1/2 cup Butter
1 Egg Yolk
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and flour until crumbly.
Add whipping cream and work until smooth or until it does not stick to the bowl or fingers (like shortbread).
Roll out on a floured surface (1/4" thick).
Cut with a cookie cutter.
Dip one side of each cookie in white sugar.
Place on cookie sheet with plain (not sugared) side down.
Bake at 350º F until light golden color - about 20 minutes.

Combine filling ingredients and mix well.

Put cookies together with icing filling above.
