3/4 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
4 green onions
4-5 dry red chili pepper, chopped (optional)
1 small pack of cellophane noodles
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
dash pepper and salt
1/2 c broth and 3/4 tsp cornstarch
5 c cooking oil

For beef marinade:
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp oil
1 1/2 tsp wine
1/2 tsp cornstarch

Directions:

Marinade beef for 1 hour.

Deep-fry cellophane noodles over night heat. Set aside.

Heat wok with 3 tbsp oil over high heat. Stir in beef for 2 min. Add green onion and the rest of the ingredients. Stir until thickened. Serve over fried cellophane noodles.

Enough sauce should be prepared with beef to top over fried noodles.
When deep frying noodles, don't put in too much at one time, otherwise you wil find them all over your kitchen!
