3 c mochi rice (regular measuring cup)
4-1/2 cup water (rice measuring cup)

2 cup brown sugar
1 12 oz can coconut milk
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook rice with water as normal.
2. In medium pot, add brown sugar, coconut milk, salt. Cook until dissolved and syrupy.
3. Save ½ cup of syrup on the side.
4. Stir rest of syrup into cooked rice.
5. Grease 9 x 13 pan slightly.
6. Pour rice in pan and cover with reserved syrup.
7. Bake 1 hour at 300 F.
