1 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 can (16 oz.) Chocolate Syrup (Hershey)
4 Eggs
1/2 cup softened Butter or Margarine

2 cups Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup softened Butter or Margarine
1 Tbsp. Water
1/2 tsp. Crème de Menthe or Extract
Approximately 3 drops of Green Food Coloring

1 pkg. Mint-flavored Chocolate Chips
1 Tbsp. Water
6 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and beat the first 5 ingredients for 1 minute. Pour into greased 9" x 13" pan. Bake 350º for 30 to 35 minutes and cool.

Mix together the next 5 ingredients and frost the cooled brownies.

In a saucepan, combine remaining 3 ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until chocolate melts. Cool 10 - 15 minutes. Pour over brownies. Cover and chill at least 1/2 hour.
