Ingredients:  
6 med. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed (3-4 cups)
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Pecan topping:
1/3 c. margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients for sweet potato bake, beating together until well blended. Pour in 2-qt. casserole dish (8" square).
For the topping, mix together ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350º until hot through, about 45 min. if potatoes were cold when put in dish, or 25 min. if they were hot.
*Mom usually cuts the topping recipe in half*
