2 boxes lasagna noodles- cooked 4 minutes
Large container Precious ricotta cheese or 2 cups
1.5 Cup Parmesan
2 lb mozzarella cheese - shredded
1 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage
large jar of Prego
onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tbs oregano + 1 tsp
salt and pepper

pre-heat oven 350
cook lasagna noodles 4 min in boiling water, don't drain until ready to use
Brown meat and drain, set aside
Saute 1 chopped onion in olive oil in bottom of dutch oven until soft
add 4 cloves garlic minced and 1 Tbs dried oregano
add Prego and 1/3 jar of water
add meat back in
add 1 Tbs dried basil
in a large bowl mix ricotta, 1 tsp oregano

Make 3 Layers
Ladle of meat sauce
Noodles width-length-width wise alternating
ricotta
Mozzarella
parmesan

End with meat sauce and sprinkle of cheese

Spray aluminum foil with Pam. Put over lasagna pan. Cook at 350 dg for 45min, then remove foil and cook an additional 10-15min until top is browned.

Let cool 20 minutes
