1 1/2 lb hot italian sausage (or mild)
1 can tomato soup
1 can beef broth
2 c water
1 lg can diced tomatoes
garlic powder
oregano
pepper
1/4 c orzo or other small pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Remove sausage from casing; fry; drain grease.

Add all other ingredients except pasta and simmer 2-3 hours. In the last hour, add the 1/4 c orzo (or other small pasta).

Serve with parmesan cheese.
