~ 1-2 lb. Ground Beef
~ Salt, Pepper & Garlic (to taste)
~ 8 oz. Italian Five Cheese Shredded Cheese
~ 8 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
~ 1 container (15 oz.) Ricotta Cheese
~ 1 container (24 oz.) Cottage Cheese
~ 1 jar (24 oz. or larger) Pasta sauce ( I use Prego Fresh Mushroom)
~ Lasagna, noodles uncooked

~ Preheat oven to 350°
~ Brown meat with seasoning in large skillet and drain.
~ Spread sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish making sure you cover it completely.
~ Top with layer of lasagna noodles
~ Add more sauce
~ Sprinkle meat over sauce
~ Dab globs of ricotta & cottage cheese
~ Sprinkle five cheese and mozzarella cheeses.
~ Repeat layers of sauce, noodles, sauce, meat and cheeses twice. (alternate direction of noodles)
~ Top with noodles, more sauce and left over shredded cheeses. Cover with foil.
~Bake 1 hour or until heated through.
