1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped (optional)
1 small Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
2 cans Baked Beans (28 oz. ea.)
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup dark Molasses
6 slices Bacon, cooked crisp and diced with fat
1/4 cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/4 cup Mustard
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
In large Dutch Oven, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté red pepper, onion and garlic until soft, about 2 minutes.

Add baked beans and remaining ingredients. Bring to a low simmer. Cover beans and place in oven. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until desired thickness.
