1# ground beef
4 bread slices
1 egg
1/3 C. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Heinz chili sauce
10 oz. Welch's grape jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Put hamburger in large mixing bowl with egg. Wet bread and wring out. Bet bread in bowl with meat, add salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and add onion and mix. Shape into meatballs. Put on plate in microwave until brown. Put chili sauce and jelly into pan or crockpot. Simmer on low until balls are done. In pan for about 1/2-1 hour or crockpot about 3-4 hours.
