½ cup butter
¼ cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
½ cup walnuts
1½ cups sugar
4 cups diced, rhubarb
3 T. cornstarch
½ cup water
1-5.1 oz pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1-8 oz. container whipped topping
1½ cups miniature marshmallows

Directions:

In small bowl mix together, butter, brown sugar, flour and nuts. Spread into 9X13 pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. In medium saucepan mix together sugar, rhubarb, cornstarch and water, cook on medium heat until thickened. Reduce heat and cook 3 to 4 minutes more, then spread on top of crust and cool. Make the pudding mix according to package directions and spread on top of rhubarb mixture. In medium bowl, mix cool whip and marshmallows, spoon on top of pudding. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serves 12 to 16.
