■ 1 cups white sugar
■ cup butter, softened and divided
■ 1 cup sour cream
■ 2 eggs
■ 1 cups mashed bananas
■ 2 tsp. vanilla + T.
■ 2 cups all purpose flour
■ 1 tsp. salt
■ 1 tsp. baking soda
■ cup walnuts, chopped
■ 2 cups powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 375. In large bowl, beat sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs together on low for about 1 minute. Beat in bananas and vanilla on low speed 3 minutes. Add flour, salt and baking soda on medium speed and mix well. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture into a sprayed 15x10x1 inch baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until light brown. Cool.
Frost with Vanilla Glaze: In medium bowl mix together powdered sugar, cup butter, T. vanilla and 2 T. hot water until smooth. Frost bars and refrigerate until set up before cutting.
Serves about 12-16.
