4 Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, trimmed of fat, cut in half on diagonal

Swiss cheese, enough to generously cover chicken

1 can Cream of Chicken soup

1/2 cup water

1 Package herb stuffing mix

Butter or margarine, melted (enough to generously drizzle over stuffing mix)

Directions:

Spray 8 x 11 baking dish with Pam. Arrange cut up chicken breast in baking dish and top with Swiss cheese. In a bowl combine soup and water, spoon over chicken. Cover with dry stuffing mix and drizzle butter/margarine over top. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45-60 minutes.
