2 tbsp. flour
½ cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
¼ pound butter
5 slices of white bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Mix flour and sugar.
Add beaten eggs, pineapple and juice.
Melt butter in frying pan and add cubed bread. When coated with butter and slightly browned, add to pineapple mixture.
Place in greased 1-qt. casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 375º for 30 minutes.
