2-10 oz. packages frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º
Cook broccoli slightly. Drain.
Add flour, cheese and broccoli to eggs.
Melt butter in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add mixture
Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes
