Bacon Strips or Lean Fresh Side Meat
Milk
Flour
Shortening
Wax Paper

Directions:
Directions:
Take a shallow plate filled with milk. Lay in strips of bacon or lean fresh side meat. Coat on both sides. Then sift lightly with flour on both sides on a square of waxed paper. Then put into a lightly greased skillet over medium flame until brown on both sides. Has a delicious flavor and lies perfectly straight lengthwise throughout frying. Drain on paper towels.
