1 12 oz. pkg.Egg Noodles
2 tbsp. olive oil
12 oz. beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
12 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup dry red wine or beef broth
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain well. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sirloin strips, mushrooms, green pepper and onion; cook 5 to 10 minutes or until meat is browned and vegetables are crisp tender. In a small bowl, whisk together wine or broth, flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mustard. Pour over meat and vegetables in skillet; continue cooking over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly and smooth. Serve meat mixture over hot noodles.
