1T. olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
4 zucchini, sliced
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 c. shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauté pan, heat oil over high heat. Sauté the onions until the begin to soften.
Add garlic, sauté 1 minute. Add the slice zucchini. Cook covered, until the zucchini is crisp tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss with parmesan cheese
