2 lb. beef chuck roast
2 cans ()14.5 oz. each) beef consomme
sliced cheese
hoagie buns
Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock pot. Pour beef consomme over beef. Cook on low fro 8 hours. Remove roast and shred with a fork. Reserve juice in crock pot for dipping.

Butter hoagie buns and toast in skillet. Place roast and slice of cheese on each bun.
