1 lb. browned lean ground beef
1 - 4 oz. can chopped mild green chiles
1 - 7 oz. can green chile salsa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
12 flour tortillas
1 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, green chiles, and the salsa in a bowl. Mix salt and mils in a separate bowl. Dip tortillas in milk to soften one at at time. Used milk gets poured over the enchiladas. After dipping tortillas in milk, fill with ground beef mixture and roll it up. Place each rolled tortilla in an ungreased flat baking dish. Pour the used mild over the enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Can also use 2 cups of cooked chopped chicken instead of ground beef.
