2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese
1 package (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of ground red cayenne pepper
dash of salt
1 cup of chopped pecans

Directions:
Beat cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a small bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Mix in all remaining ingredients except pecans. Shape into a ball and roll in pecans. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with crackers.
