1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup Butter flavor CRISCO all vegetable Shortening OR 1/3 cup butter flavor Crisco stick
1-1/2 cups of packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Frosting:

2/3 cup of creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup butter flavor crisco all veg shortening or 1/4 cup butter flavor crisco stick
4 cups of confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup of milk

Drizzle:

1/2 cup semi sweet choclate chips
1/2 teaspoon butter flavor crisco

Directions:
Directions:
First, combine peanut butter and shortening in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed until blended. Add brown sugar, beat until blended. Beat in eggs. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine milk and vanilla in a small bowl. Add flour mix and milk mix alternately to creamed mix at low speed. Beat until well blended. Spread onto a greased 15"x 10"x 1" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until center comes out clean on a toothpick. Let it cool completely.

For the frsting combine peanut butter and shortening in a large mixing bowl. Add milk and confectioners sugar alternalely at a low speed. Mix until blended. Increase to medium speed and beat until fluffy. Spread ontop of cooled cookies.

For the drizzle, melt chocolate chips and shortening (microwave covered for a couple min.-that's what I do). Drizzle over frosting. Then refrigerate for 15-20 min.

This may seem like alot to do.......To be honest with you, for the cookies I just add everything in one big bowl and mix until it is all blended. That leaves for less TIME and LESS MESS. They seem to still turn out okay the way I do them. I also think it is easier to make this desert the night before you want to have them because you can keep them in the refrigerator. Hope it all works out!!!!

refrigerate about 15-20 minutes before serving or until the chocolate drizzle is set.
