1 pkg (9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 lb bulk Italian sausage
15 oz marinara sauce
1 can (14.5 oz) diced Italian tomatoes, undrained
1/2 lb sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Tortellini according to package directions.
In large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Stir in marinara sauce, tomatoes and mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
Drain tortellini, stir into sauce.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
