1 pkg. 6-8 count corn tortillas
1 lb. ground round hamburger meat
1/4 cup white or yellow onion
16 oz. can red enchilada sauce
2 cups grated Mexican cheese mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 º

Brown hamburger meat, onion, salt & pepper to taste until done. Add approx. 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce to meat mixture after draining.

Layer in glass dish of you choosing size.

Small amount of sauce to coat the bottom of your pan.
Tear corn tortillas so you can place them in a layer in your pan with out to much overlapping.
Top with enough sauce just to barely cover the tortillas.
Add 1/2 of your meat mixture.

Repeat the layers. Top with cheese, so you can brown it after dish is heated thoroughly.

You want to keep our meat mixture, saucy by adding enough of the enchilada sauce. This is purely an experimental dish. It is all trail and error.
